Start a room
We'll hand you
the whole thing.
If there's no room near you, run one. You don't need experience, a venue, a budget, or a following. You need to show up every week and care whether people got helped.
Rooms are run by local organizers, not by us. We set them up, pay for them, and stay out of the way.
The handover
What you get
- —
Everything, handed over
Format, house rules, promotion templates, a checklist, a sign for the door. You receive a system, not a job.
- —
We pay for all of it
Venue, food, giveaways. You never spend your own money and you never chase a reimbursement.
- —
Your name on the room
Organizer for your city, named here and in the room. In a brand-new field, that's real standing.
- —
A monthly call with every organizer
What's working in other cities, what isn't. You're not out there alone with a brand and no support.
- —
First look at paid work
When the sponsor needs hands on a build, organizers get asked first.
- —
Somebody comes to help you start
We run the first sessions with you, in person, until it has a rhythm.
No sales pitch here either
What it actually takes
- —
Two hours, same time, every week
The rhythm is the whole thing. Cancel twice and the regulars stop trusting the date.
- —
Inviting people personally
For the first month or two, rooms fill because you asked, not because you posted.
- —
Running it when three people show up
Three who come back beats twenty who came once.
- —
Logging what got built
Two minutes after each night. It's how the field notes get written and how we know you need help.
